Select the number of the transactions that you want to display.
For example, if you have 10,000 transactions on your system, but you know that the transaction you are looking for was posted recently, you could select to view only the last set of transactions that were posted, by selecting only the last 100 or so transactions.

Use the Transaction Type ranges to select a specific type of transaction to display.
Select a transaction type from the drop-down list.
You can also choose to display only your outstanding transactions by selecting the Outstanding Transactions Only? check box.

You can also filter your transactions by date, using the Date Range boxes. Use the Calendar buttons (or type the required dates directly into the boxes) to display only those transactions that were posted between the two dates that you have entered.
